How We Work
Senior Involvement – Senior professionals remain involved throughout the engagement rather than appearing only during business development.
Defined Accountability – Engagement ownership, technical responsibility and deliverables are clearly defined.
Evidence-Based Advice – Recommendations are designed to be traceable to regulatory requirements, identified risk, control design and supporting evidence.
Practical Implementation – We focus on solutions that can operate within the institution's actual governance, technology, people and operating environment.
Professional Integrity – We distinguish clearly between DASA FINN firm-level delivery and professional experience gained by individual team members before joining or establishing DASA FINN.
